Adult Education

Adult Education Partnership

NMUSD has partnered with Huntington Beach Union High School District (HBUHSD) to provide Adult Education courses in 2017-18. The Huntington Beach Adult School (HBAS) now serves the coastal communities of Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and Newport Beach. HBUHSD and NMUSD work closely  to ensure adults in the NMUSD boundaries have access to English as a Second Language, High School Diploma, and GED classes.

HBAS has a robust program with a variety of course offerings, locations, and supports that span academic, social, emotional, and counseling services. The priority is to jointly serve the local community.  Adult Education courses will be offered at the BESST Center.
