PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Newport-Mesa Unified School District is committed to growing, developing, and supporting employees who are interested in pursuing career development and increasing their leadership capacity. To that end, the District will provide an opportunity for certificated and classified, non-management employees to participate in an in-house Leadership Institutes. The Institutes will be a formal program allowing for leadership candidates to learn and explore a wide variety of leadership topics.
